Here comes the weather

This is possibly the most obvious tell-tale sign each time when the seasons change. The unpredictable weather, the crazy temperatures and the absolutely dreadful rain. It was at least double of this temperature yesterday night but it was the total opposite today!

This situation would continue for at least 2 weeks before we go into Autumn officially and the weather starts to turn cold. *sad* This means that the days will get shorter and lower mercury level on the thermometer.

*********************************************

On another note, I was out today and it was bright and sunny, albeit cold. All of a sudden in the evening, it started raining and I was caught totally off-guard. (Like I said, I wasn't at all prepared for autumn.) Besides shivering in the cold, I had to try to keep as dry as possible and maneuver myself safely across the road.

And there was this ramp on the road.

I missed it.

And landed (sprawled) on the ground.

Fell...second time in a week.

I have no idea what's up with me this past week, but even I personally feel that it's getting stupid. Can't I even walk properly? (Apparently not.) What's most upsetting is not falling down, but rather I scraped one of my favourite pair of shoes! Which is quite distressing (even though it's relatively cheap) because I hate my shoes looking obviously defective, which is how it is now.

AARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I'll get over it. Soon. When I buy another pair of "favourite" shoes, at the very least.

And Emily made Chicken Tikka Masala and her famed shortbread for us today. (Yummy!) I did take a picture of the chicken but I don't think it's really that flattering for the dish, so I'll post it later when (if) she makes it again.
